Coyote Springs (The Chase)
Las Vegas, Nevada - Jack Nicklaus Signature Design
The Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and the PGA learning facility were completed in summer of 2007. Coyote Springs is the site of a future PGA event and several more courses including, the Jack Nicklaus and Pete Dye co-design, which is in the planning stages now. The development promises to be one of the largest in the country when it is finally completed.
Montesoro Golf Club
Borrego Springs, California - Tom Fazio Design
Work was completed in Winter of 2006.
Shadow Creek (Remodel)
Las Vegas, Nevada - Tom Fazio Design
Remodel of the course was completed in 2008.
The Retreat Country Club
Corona, California - Jack Nicklaus Design
Located just minutes off the busy 91 freeway, The Retreat is truly an escape from it all. Set in and over steep canyons of the San Gabriel mountains, work began on this difficult project in the Fall of 2004 and was completed in Spring of 2006.
The Estancia Club (Remodel)
Scottsdale, Arizona - Tom Fazio Design
Construction on this remodel of the Estancia Club began in June of 2007 and was completed in August of 2007. We did a complete remodel of the bunkers, added some new "pro" tees, and fixed a number of drainage problems they were experiencing during heavy rains. The result is an already superb course with a great looking facelift!
